My counselling style is inspired by Viktor Frankl's teachings and the ideology of the Existential-Humanistic Approach. This approach emphasises the importance of human choices and decisions and feelings of awe towards life.

Another inspiration is the bees, not just the honey bee but the wild bees. How bees are purposeful with their work, how their lives might be short but the willingness to serve the community. They are peace-loving and only attack when they or their community is being threatened.
